There’s not too much competition for favorite hoodie for I had to dispose of my true favorite hoodie; there was a hole growing in the sleeve that was getting ridiculous. That left my back up hoodie, which has a pocket falling off it. Why I have never made a hoodie, I have no idea, since I wear one everyday.
Now that I have converted the pink pullover to a proper zip-up, I have broken the barrier and will make another. This version is far from perfect, but I like it so much more. Once I make a few more in other fabrics, if I have enough of this pink French terry, I’ll make a better one. I like the striped cuffs and waistband, but then I would line the hood with stripes, and keep the front pocket in pink.
Looking at the two versions, I can see that the pullover version may even be more flattering. Yet I wore it exactly once as a pullover, and have already worn the zip-up version a half a dozen times since the conversion.
